The editor panel
A tour of the Editor panel, where you change text, colors, and layout.
The Editor is where you customize a template: its text, colors, media, and layout. It's one of four panels you'll switch between as you work.
The four panels
- Editor: where you change fields.
- Preview: a live look at your video.
- Export: where you create the final file.
- Timeline: a visual view of your video and its sections.
Editing fields
Click a field to change its value. Twirl a field open to see more controls: font, position, size, opacity, and color. Change a number or a word and SportStudio builds a fresh preview.
Read the labels
Label colors tell you where a value comes from at a glance:
- Blue: you edited this field.
- Green: the value comes from your Brand Kit, like your colors or city.
- Purple: the field is linked to a collection.
- Amber: the field inherits its value from a parent element.
