Frequently asked questions
Will I be limited in the number of renders?
No. You can render as many videos as you need. All plans include up to 100GB of storage space.
How many users can I have per account?
Unlimited — all users will have an individual account under the team plan, but all user must have the same email domain (e.g. name@yourschool.edu).
What if I need something custom?
We can work directly with venues and brands on tailored packages. Reach out and we'll see how we can help.
I have an unusual board or ribbon display.
We'll do our best to accommodate your boards and ribbons. Get in touch and we'll work with you on it.
What export formats do you support?
H.264 (MP4), QuickTime (.mov), ProRes 422, ProRes 4444, PNG, and JPG. If you need a custom setting let us know.
Is there a contract?
Annual plans with the option to cancel at renewal. We offer a trial period to make sure it's a good fit.
