Pick a Player in the Editor

Published

Player intros and headshot graphics work the same way. The design is set and only the player changes.

Linking a roster has worked for a while. But the controls lived further down the editor panel, and switching players meant finding the Preview dropdown. Now there’s a Player row at the top of the panel on any template built around one player.

If the template isn’t linked yet, the Player row says Link roster to select player. Click it and your collections drop down right there, each with how many players it has. Pick your roster and you’re linked.

No collections yet? The menu says so and takes you to the Collections panel to make one. You can import a roster from a link and come right back.

Pick a player

Once you’re linked, the row shows the current player with their headshot, name and number. Click it to see the whole roster. Pick a player and the template fills with their name, number, photo and anything else your roster has.

The fields below stay editable. Type your own value into one and it keeps what you typed.

Render all

At the bottom of the player list is Render all, with the number of players on your roster. Click it and the Export dialog opens with every player already checked. Uncheck anyone you want to skip, then click Render. You get one video per player, all in one batch card in your exports.

Need a different roster? Unlink roster sits at the bottom of the same list.

Where it shows up

The Player row appears on templates made for one person. Matchup and lineup templates don’t have it.

The Linking a collection guide covers linking in more detail, and the Batch Rendering page has more on rendering a full set.
