Introducing Live Support Chat
Gameday questions don’t wait for an inbox. If a render looks off an hour before tipoff, you want an answer, not a ticket number.
Until now, the help button on SportStudio opened a support form, and the answer came back by email. Now it opens a live chat with our team.
Where to find it
The chat button sits in the bottom-right corner of every page, including your dashboard and the editor. Click it, type your question and send.
You can attach an image too. Click the image button or drag a screenshot straight into the chat window. For most render questions, a screenshot says more than a paragraph.
If you’re signed in, there’s nothing to fill out. We already know who you are and which team you’re with. If you’re not signed in, just give us your first name to start.
Replies in real time
A real person on our team answers, not a bot. When we reply, the message shows up in your chat window right away. You don’t need to refresh or keep checking.
That part took some work. An earlier chat we built checked for new messages every few seconds, and it always felt a step behind. This one keeps a live connection open, so a reply lands the moment we send it.
On our side, each conversation opens its own thread, labeled with your name (and your team, if you’re signed in). We see the whole history before we type a word, so you don’t have to explain your setup twice.
If we’re away, or you are
The chat header shows whether we’re online. When support is live, there’s a small green dot on the chat button. When we’re online, we usually reply within a few minutes.
Outside support hours, the chat tells you when we’ll be back, in your own time zone. You can still send your message. If you’re signed out, we’ll ask for your email so we can reach you.
And if you close the tab before we answer, that’s fine. When a reply comes in and you’re not there to see it, we email it to you, as long as we have your address. Signed in, your conversation stays with your account, so you can pick it back up next time you open the chat.
Prefer email or a call? Every way to reach us is on the help page.
