SportStudio's left menu is your home base. Here's what each section does, so you always know where to find things.
Home
Takes you back to the dashboard, your starting point for browsing templates.
Projects
Everything you've saved, organized by season. Save a project like Football 2026 and every template you build for it, boards, ribbons, and more, lives there together.
Exports
Every file you've rendered out of SportStudio. Filter by frame, video, or all, and switch between your own activity and your team's. Handy for admins who want to see what everyone has been creating.
Brand Kit
Your defaults in one place: school details, colors, logos, and fonts. Set them once and every template can pull them in. It's a real time saver.
Assets
Three kinds of assets, each handled a little differently:
- Logos get standardized. We crop them, remove the background, and scale them to the right size for each template.
- Headshots get the background removed (if there is one) and are cropped to center, so your players stay consistent.
- Standard assets are images or video with no processing, used exactly as you upload them.
Collections
Stored data like your roster or matchups. Point a template at a collection and SportStudio can batch-create a video for every entry instead of one at a time. There's a dedicated guide that goes deeper on collections.
Boards
If your arena has multiple board sizes, add them all here. Then while you're editing a template, you can pick a size from a dropdown instead of constantly changing resolutions.
Ribbons (beta)
Same idea as Boards, but for ribbons. Set your ribbon size once and select it later.
Arena (beta)
A 3D view of your arena. It's a great way to show your team or organization what a video will actually look like on your boards before you render it.
